RTA (Radio Television Afghanistan) or Afghanistan National Television, also known in Persian as تلویزیون ملی (Telvizoon-e Milli Afganistan) and in Pashto as ملی تلویزیون (Da Afganistan Milli Telvizoon), is the state-owned television channel in Afghanistan. Launched in 1977, RTA is part of the public broadcaster Radio Television Afghanistan. The channel provides a wide range of programming, including news, cultural shows, educational content, and entertainment, aimed at informing and engaging the Afghan public.
